Some Eye-Opening Chakra Insights

Even though modern medicine doesn’t really support the idea or existence of the chakras, that doesn’t mean they don’t play a role in your life. Anytime you have a bad day or a negative feeling, it affects your body’s energy. In the eastern world, the concept of the chakra is well known, but if you live in the western world, you may not be as familiar to some of these insights and how the chakras can help you improve your life.

Difficult experiences that may have occurred in your early childhood for example can cause imbalances in your root chakra. If you had a difficult or challenging childhood and weren’t supplied with enough love or affection, you may experience things like anxiousness, stress or even survival or financial issues in your adult years.
