One of the most important aspects of a well rounded being is to project love, instead of lower vibrations such as anger, resentment, bitterness and hatred.
When you project love, you improve your levels of happiness, can think more clearly and massively improve your manifesting results.
How To Project Love
Simply seeing yourself through loving eyes is all you need to do to project love. Making this a habit will have you vibrating at a much higher frequency completely naturally.
To do this, stand in front of the mirror first thing in the morning and also immediately before bed. Look at yourself in the mirror eye to eye and say “I love you” and say it for at least 1-2 minutes.
If you are on a lower vibration, you will feel the difference from this exercise right away. Over a few days and weeks, your whole thought pattern, vibration and way of being will completely transform, and you will be vibrating at a much higher level, attracting the same back into your life.
The reason you want to do it before bed as well is because whatever you program into your mind at night has more power to transform your subconscious. The suggestions go deeper into your mind and wield even more powerful results. This is why the time immediately before bed ie the last 30 minutes or so is a crucial time. Spend it wisely and be mindful of what you are putting your attention to.
Vibrating And Projecting Love Attracts Love
What you vibrate is what you attract, because the law of attraction states that like attracts like. So, projecting love and vibrating with love will attract love back. Energy draws like energy to it, and what we focus on expands and grows bigger in our reality.
It’s extremely important to be vibrating at a higher level and things that resonate with love, joy and happiness.
Here are some things to help here:
1. Being polite to others
2. Saying thanks and being appreciative. Expressing gratitude
3. Saying sorry when doing any wrong to others ie expressing forgiveness
4. Speaking words of kindness to others and projecting love to them
5. Giving to others e.g holding the door open, allowing others the right of way when driving on the road, empathy and emotional intelligence
There are so many ways to give and be appreciative to others. The important thing is you make every step to improve yourself as much as possible.
You can always be a better person, and there is always more you can achieve and do.
